What you enter in the form: name, company, WhatsApp number, industry and, if you wish, a message about what you’d like to solve. When you submit it, we also keep your IP address for about 20 minutes, only to stop automated or repeated submissions. Like any web server, ours also records the IP address of each visit in its technical logs, which are deleted after 15 days at most.

What you write in the chat is answered by Claude, an AI model by Anthropic: each message is sent to Anthropic to generate the reply. We don’t store conversations: they live in your browser and disappear when you close or reload the page. Anthropic processes them on our behalf and keeps them for the period set by its business policy: [PENDIENTE: Anthropic’s retention period]. To prevent abuse, we keep your IP address for about 20 minutes. Don’t write personal data in the chat: if you want us to contact you, use the form.

Only to respond to your diagnostic request: to message you, set the date and prepare the meeting. We don’t use it to send you advertising or to build profiles.

What you write in the chat is used only to answer you at that moment.

Your consent, which you give by checking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting anything we did with it before.

We don’t share your data with third parties unless the law requires it. It is processed on our behalf, as data processors, by the email and automation providers we use to receive and manage your request, the provider that limits submissions and messages (Upstash) and, for the chat, Anthropic, based in the United States ([PENDIENTE: safeguard for the international transfer]): [PENDIENTE: list of providers].

As long as we need to handle your request. If we don’t end up working together, we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it for a certain period.

If you think we haven’t handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.

This site doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. It stores two preferences, with no personal data: light or dark mode, in your browser (that data never leaves your device), and, if you choose a language with the selector, a cookie called “idioma” with that language’s code (for example, “en”) for one year. Your browser sends that cookie to our server only to open the site in that language.
